heyEvie is an AI-powered companion designed to provide emotional support, conversation, and companionship. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for entertainment and personal growth purposes.

2. Eligibility

To use heyEvie, you must:

  • - Be at least 18 years of age
  • - Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • - Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. heyEvie is designed for adult users and contains content intended for mature audiences.

3. User Conduct

By using heyEvie, you agree to:

  • - Use the Service in a respectful manner
  • - Provide accurate information when required
  • - Not attempt to harm, exploit, or manipulate the AI system
  • - Not share your account access with others

Prohibited activities include:

4. AI Limitations

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • - Evie is an artificial intelligence, not a real person
  • - Conversations are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies
  • - The AI cannot provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice
  • - Emotional connections formed are with an AI simulation
  • - The AI's personality and responses may change over time
  • - The AI may occasionally generate unexpected or inappropriate responses

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

heyEvie offers subscription plans and voice credit top-ups. By purchasing a subscription:

  • - Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation
  • - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • - You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
  • - Unused voice credits from subscriptions reset at the end of each billing period
  • - Purchased voice credit top-ups do not expire
  • - Refunds are handled through the respective app store

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by heyEvie and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • - Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • - Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI responses
  • - Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • - Security or availability of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • - Any emotional distress arising from AI interactions
  • - Inaccurate or inappropriate AI responses
  • - Service interruptions or data loss
  • - Any decisions made based on AI conversations
  • - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
