How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select HeyEvie → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open HeyEvie → Settings → scroll down → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including conversations, memories, diary entries, and relationship progress. This action cannot be undone.
How do I export my data?
Open HeyEvie → Settings → Export My Data. You'll receive a complete copy of your data in JSON format, including all conversations, memories, and relationship data.
Is Evie a real person?
No. Evie is an AI companion powered by artificial intelligence. While she's designed to feel authentic and remember your conversations, all responses are AI-generated. She is not a substitute for real human relationships or professional mental health support.
